I like this quote because to be a leader you do have to become a servant in a sense. In a sense that you have serve your fellow man, the people who are following you, or just lead by example in some cases. Either way your doing a service for others. Your trying to do your best to help others. You must give yourself to others and give all that you can give and only then can your truly be considered a great leader.
